Just about none - because a new character can't ICly use my OOC knowledge. Two of these places are close enough to his home that he'd know where they are. That's about it.

I say this not to rain on the well-deserved parade; SK has lots of interesting areas. Some I've enjoyed a great deal. Others I've yet to find or fully explore. But it would be both player-friendly and roleplay-conducive if there were a few more hints scattered around.

Cain Techt is an example of doing it right, IMO. The key clue's location is marked on the map, with nearby geographical features encouraging exploration. The next place you go is likewise easy to find. And once you get to where you're supposed to go, you're not dependent on some secret password you just have to know.

We are currently working on adding more quests that will serve to introduce people to new areas.
