Half-implemented ideas are usually doomed to failure: something should be done with no punches pulled ... or not at all.

I support your suggestion that guards who are hostile to at-war tribunal members are also hostile to at-war cabal members.

Since the diplomacy command is available to all members, people should not have to worry about surprise attacks. The only challenge I see here is for lower level members who want to train but have to walk by guards to do so. Jorinthia raised the point and it stands to remain on the table to be responded to by an official.

It is also worth saying that it will be interesting to see how ALLIANCES are made meaningful. But it is also worth saying that I am sure that will require more primal coding than this did, limiting the ways it can get done.

So, in the end, I am satisfied to be patient and wait to see what happens.

Three things.

1) There are ways to RP this out IC.

2) There is more then one place to train for any status level.

3) It is reasonable for any tribunal to protect their items of worth and to gain things from it. This item being any lucrative training grounds. You want to train here, then play nice with us.

That's why this change only affects tribunals because secrecy is not part of their mission.
