Immortals could have already done infinite amount of curses for penalties previously before this change.
Jinnahra did a bunch on a player who spam enlightened Inidil, Valthanos etc., there was a log of it at the time.
I have always found this [REDACTED], that a player cannot be rewarded more than once a day, yet we can eat tons of curses. It has always annoyed me when I have played a paragon holding character when I would get the message that someone has been penalized or rewarded that day already.
There actually is less incentive to try to gain xps through roleplaying than through grinding xps on NPCs.
The only time I ate a curse in my entire time of playing was when I played my elf paladin Alleli, and I ran into the Rumbling Zakami right after logging on, saw two deep-elves in the inn, and a horde of undead. I murdered the deep-elves cuz I totally thought one of them was a necromancer and they were breaking Zhensh law. I did notice that the undead didn't fade away after I brutally murdered the trouble causing deep-elves, and then the next thing I knew I got a message saying that I had been cursed by the gods. I was like, wtf is going on?
By all appearances I had done the right thing, but I did not know that I walked in and ruined some imm's stupid RP which caused some deep-elves to eat [REDACTED]. I think also that being docked a full level as a "minor" penalty is a little severe. I find the wording of it, "cheating" to get around the penalty to be a little silly too.
I do think I would like to see small rewards give half a level of xps, and medium rewards give a full level of xps though. Though, I am sure that will never happen.
