Shhh, we're not supposed to tell them how OP it would be. All I"m saying is that for all the skills that scouts have that involve bows, they're hardly ever used. When was the last time a group went around with enough people in it that a scout -had- to use his bow the entire time? I understand it's more of utility thing, being able to pull from a distance and occasionally offering a tiny bit more dmg when there's no room in the front row. Don't get me wrong, an ambush -can- be good. But that's a rare thing these days it seems.

Ranged combat is still only doing about half melee.

Ranged damage wasn't my only problem, my melee is crap now too. Sprite is just kind of dumpster tier for physical damage at this point.

Add in the fact that tiny weapons seem easier to disarm and throw to the ground. At least that's if I remember when I was a human swashie fighting a sprite merc. She was definitely mad that 1/2 of all my disarms threw her weapons to the ground.

I would wager that's more on account of the fact that human merc strength is vastly superior to sprite merc strength.

swashie max strength is what, 15? Human swashie 20, so yeah I could understand that.
