You left out the y in Kentucky. I just thought I'd point that out since you razz so many people about spelling and grammer. Especially that one greek who deleted over it.
As for my quote, my intent wasn't to bolster an argument. The last paladin I had was before the addition of art and before the enchantment changes and he never had any problems landing bolts. That's all I know about it. I'm assuming with art and the changes to enchant that it would still be balanced.
