I see that syn was owned by my reasoning skills and has degraded to petty name calling and childish argumentation.

My evil plan has worked. Muhahahhaha.

Seriously though, would it be such a horrible thing to not be engaged in pvp 24/7, to let some people breathe and feel relatively safer within the confines of main city inns?

Seriously though. Would it be such a horrible thing if people who don't want to PK asked for truces? Oh, for christ sake, just accepted them when offered?

This is something that could easily be handled through RP. If you don't want people PKing in your city, ask for a truce, or be a BAMF.

Why do you think this would only affect people in tribunals? Broaden your mind, syn, broaden your mind.

It seems as if you're only looking at it from your own standpoint, without trying to understand how someone else would react or think in a given situation. How it would influence others and not only yourself.

Nevermind that a truce with you is worthless or you append conditions to said offered truce that makes it impossible to accept.

Anyways, I've yet to see an argument about how making cities more secure so that people feel comfortable congregating there and newbies, who aren't involved in the PK anyways, are able to meet more people, get some RP, get some help, and generally get a better feel for the game is a bad thing.

Or people could stop being sissies and just go there, even though there is some risk involved. Ohnoes, you might die! WOE IS YOU!

Settle it down. This is a gameplay thread. If I see any more flaming anywhere other than General Discussion, I'm going to have to start throwing some temp bans. Which would be unfortunate. Wouldn't you rather me be spending time writing code instead instead of babysitting the forums?

Syn, you're making my job a helluva lot easier by acting like that. Keep it up.
