I agree with whocarez. The fact that people can run around with law NPCs imo is just ridiculous. It's bad enough they can get priests to buff them with so many buffs, they can run around with a meat shield as well and bypass laws wit it. [shrug] I never liked the whole "take a law NPC" with you idea.

I think that if a person is running around with a law NPC, any other law NPC should automatically recognize them as an individual from that nation and then they should be auto-attacked. This would really only work if they got rid of the bounty NPCs.

There is no connection between one and the other, although I support bounty NPCs being removed for a different reason.

The game already knows if the law NPC that is with you is there due to your orders or if it is charmed. If your trib is at war with another trib, all people that are known trib members (walking around with a law NPC) should be autoattacked

I don't think you guys realize how easy it would be to walk through enemy cities if their weren't bounty hunters.

Who cares? Maybe the tribunal members would be forced to do actual work.

Seriously. Bounty NPCs screwed city PvP so bad.

For someone who's always telling people to "Stop being babies," Rial, I'm surprised to hear that from you.

Cabal room-affecting spells should be crimes.

the guards of cities other than exile are almost meaningless(and even they would be insanely gimp against greys) Without bounty hunters solid groups of warriors could walk through cities taking out groups of guards in under a round, it would make attacking cities painfully easy. I personally don't mind bounty npc's, I think they make a lot of sense and are the only reason small groups of defenders have a chance at holding off bigger groups of enemies. Aside from the elites like balacha, baltus and what not, bounty npc's are the only guards I see doing anything in any logs and add the only element of challenge to attacking a city. Also its nice that when a city gets attacked and none of the tribunal is online the city has some sort of auto defense that is actually meaningful and can help anyone who does decide to defend. I mean whats suppose to make cities safe if bounty npc's don't show up, small groups and single apprentice-master level guards with iron eq spread out around the city?
