Some of us actually enjoy enchanting. There's nothing like blowing up a piece of armour to give you a genuine sense of closure.

I love enchanting (anyone who's ever been in a player group with me knows this). In fact, it's the main reason I've played so many priests (I also love brewing). But I like finally making a really good piece, not the blowing up.

I'm never done. I enchant armor that there are multiple pieces of and so I replace pieces when I make better ones, then I try to make them better. :P
