I believe this to be the most useless comments ever posted in reply to a discussion. Would you care to elaborate exactly as to why this would be one of the worst things that could happen to the game?

What exactly do you like about it in particular?

I'd love to actually see people discussing what they think the ups/downs of this system would be. It's all theory-MUDding, but at the very least it might help to bring out some flaws in logic early.

Giving people bonus for low level buddies is just flat out dumb. This will encourge twinking by allowing people to get more buffs that arent needed.

Nothing should be hard-coded to fix the problem of low level characters not being able to participate in the game. This always has been a problem on the players side.

Most of the time a low level char tries to RP something. Perhaps it is a smart [REDACTED] response to a GM. Then the said GM kills the low-level no questions asked and a [REDACTED] poor reason for killing them. Players have been doing this sort of crap for years.

The attitude of the players needs to change. Not something that needs to be hard-coded.

Who the hell cares about bonuses?

It brings up lots of rp opportunities.

I'd very much enjoy the rp more than the bonuses, even though the bonuses could be nice.

Nothing now, stops you from doing that. You like the idea then do it. Don't wait for something to be hard-coded into to allow you to do it.

It would be better if everyone was doing it instead of just me.... Why does it matter if its hard coded?

Dulrik is the one who brung up the idea, so he must really not care about taking the time to code it.

Theres just so many rp opportunities that could come from it, I give it a thumbs up.

There are already so much RP opportunities that are out there if players we stop being dicks and let people do them.

One of the main problems is that is somebody wants to try and do something and tries to RP something that is not very good, why dont we as players RP with them and try our best to help them with the RP rather then shut them up or laugh at them?
