If it were within my power I would make a new system for all group structures to be more flexible to the play style that our game tries to promote. I'd like to see leadership duties spread out more between several characters, but with one central leader governing the most important commands. The side affects of these changes is likely to be much larger than anyone could foresee. I'm certain I've been pushing for something vaguely automated for a long time. I believe Dulrik has agreed to a few standards that would determine this automation and they have the general approval of the staff. I have a good idea of how the system will look and feel that the setup we're working on will be the fairest and most effective solution considering the state of leadership in SK currently.

So leadership is being discussed as to possible changes?

I think the better part of the discussion is over. I think we're waiting on Dulrik to enact what he's decided upon based on his vision and the staff's input. The current system is quite unfair for everyone involved to be honest. I don't like having to pick and I don't think I will always make the right choice. I don't like the given fact that any automated system will have points which it will break down and be unable to predict the parameters which cause its breakdown. I understand that there will be room for errors in a new system, especially at first. However, I believe that the ultimate benefits of such a system far outweigh the short term difficulties that will happen. I look forward to a system that encourages people to stay inside the game to accomplish their IC goals by demonstrating through time, effort, and diplomatic skill their own desire to contribute to the livelihood of their group.

Infamous? I had her till age 80+ (half-elf) and never got past Mentor, and thought I was fine, since the swashie skill set ends at Mentor. :p

Synerie, also known as "smack a swirly marble orb on the naked delf and tell her to brandish and then spam acid".

And now look at her, all intimidating and genuinely threatening. Makes my heart melt *sniffle*.
