The same is true with Bards, at least in one-on-one fights. I know they "own face" in groups, but as most people are willing to admit, (from those "rank the classes" polls) you have to pull a few tricks out of your sleeves to win in a normal one-on-one match.

Despite what parnys says, there's plenty of room for tactics and outmaneuvering of your opponents in pvp in SK.

But she is right that preparation also plays a HUGE roll in SK.
