If you want a waterskin go buy one. What happens if you run out of PE before you find a shop? When you're an amateur even walking through a city can take several % worth of PE. It's such a small thing to give them and can save SO much time if they screw up and end up getting stuck someplace without water. |

If you want a waterskin go buy one. While amateur you can also buy food, weapons, armor, wands, shields and all the other stuff you usually get with the outfit command so your point is invalid. |
