Reviving an old thread idea that comes back every six months or so. What kinds of things that could be built (areas, objects, NPCs, quests, mini-areas, single rooms, scripts) would you like to see added to SK? For example: Religious noteboards. Scripted item that would give a sleeping player dreams. A floating city of wizards. Not good examples: "Remove CRS." (This is a coding issue, not a building issue) "Better rp from players." (If something built could help, give a specific example) "More interaction from imms." (not something building would help with) |

Religious & tribunal noteboards, or at least a way to target the entire group. Sundials. It never made sense to me that we just *know* what time it is with the time command. Make it a tool like the sextant, but keep the time command to give you a general idea (not a specific ic time, but it is during the morning on such a such day of such a such month in such a such year) along with the system time information. |

Floating wizard city would be awesome. Also an orcish raid blimp that attacks it. More pipes/other smoking accessories. Drugs of any type. A ring that gives spirit aura. More race specific items. More class specific items. Adamantite/Energy bandalores, kamas, sickles, and sai, etc. |

A crystal Ball, scripted in a way that would allow imms to alter the visions recieved toward upcoming RP they are promoting. A fixed object hidden in a deep recess in the north. A cave where undead and minor demons stroll about hunting those who would tread on their blood filled domain, a toy of a former immortal that was left upon ascension. Religous only items, scripted to punish those not of the Religon who try and use them, though balanced enough that one set does not have a script that another does not have. IE: Certain weapons that give detect invis. Deep-elf city redone. Nice place but it is bland and has not been touched in ages. The Tunnels beneath Tethos and the Deep redone, a new maze put in, everyone has it memorized, make it shift because of shadows, false walls, shifting floors, pit traps. This war has gone on for centuries and the dumb asses haven't changed tactics once. Tethos Redone, make it bigger, harder to navigate. The Deep and Tethos need to be revamped, keep the neat stuff, make it more deadly. Temples, add more temples in god forsaken regions. Bastion of the Dark. Booby traps. More caves hidden in the mountains. They are neat to find and traverse. I will think of more. |

Adamantite wakasashi (sp?) More IC/OOC knowledge of what professional guilds are available to join, where, and how. If a particular profession currently has no guild, one should be added for them. This would take care of current cross-realm mentoring problems and add more opportunities for RP, too. Religious Noteboards I like coming up with my own dreams, thank you very much, don't need to have them handed to me on a silver platter. Laws/etiquette of every Realm clearly stated somewhere before entering the principal city of said realm. There are enough stupid ways for noobs to get killed in SK. Let's try to eliminate a few of the ones caused by ignorance, and hopefully the playerbase will grow as a result. Rules about joining Tribunals, Cabals, and Faiths. All have certain limitations on who is allowed to join, members' behavior once you do join, and what is expected of you as a member. Trying to find out a lot of this before joining is almost impossible due to lack of books on the subject, in some cases, for obvious reasons. However, there should be at least one book for each that a seeker can be allowed to read through to get an idea of the organization/religion they are interested in. That's all I can think of off the top of my head. |

I'd actually prefer for this to not to be the case. Some rules change (though some never will). For my own, I'd like to see a few more pan-aura religious areas. The Bastion is a little too paladiny to be a Council of Light. It'd be cool to have a council of dark faiths, too. A few farms of Exile (that are actually new rooms.) A renovated space for the Council of Blossoms, with new NPCs being the members. |

A true Council of Blossoms would be a good idea, perhaps consisting of retired members of the Talons from years past perhaps? A living historical legacy is a good thing, much better than anonymous cookie-cutter NPCs. |
