Okay, here's the scenario, Sorcie is sitting in inn, two Swashies come in, both land taunt on the Sorcie does the Sorcie lose int for each taunt?

WIll taunt cause a sorc to lose control of there charm creature if they have one?

It depends. Taunt lessens intelligence, Adroan, which increases the amount of concentration you have holding spells. If you're holding too many spells for your new level of intelligence, then you will by necessity drop them. It is possible (probable, given the concentration needed to hold a charm) that your charm spell will fail, especially if you're holding other spells as well.

It depends. Taunt, I believe, works like everything else in the game. It doesn't stack, but the stronger one will take effect. So if the second taunt would cause them to lose more int, then it would hit, but not stack. If the second taunt would cause them not to lose so much, it would make them charge the swashi, but not lose more.

However, it may just be that the second taunt completly removes the first taunt's effects and the sorc suffers the penalty of that taunt alone.

either way though, it shouldn't stack.
