Shattered Kingdoms

How is it possible for me to be banished, and then after being paroled be able to buy/sell in a land. Also, I can walk freely without being attacked by guards but I still get the attention of bounty hunters?

Does this code make sense to *anybody* with sane thought?

i have the same problem in taslamar with my swash buckler.

According to the judge I'm not even wanted. Thayian paroled me a long time ago and I had no list of crimes or anything. Arsilan banished me later on cause he's a meanie head. I can walk around at will and do anything but I still get jumped by bounty NPCs and have no crimes with the judge.

I didn't pay much attention to the combination of parole and banishment because the concept doesn't make much sense to me. If it doesn't make sense to you either, encourage the tribunal leader to make a decision and apply one or the other, not both.
