How is it fair that when someone that plays a Harlequin attacks a city with a disguise or what not, they can not be reported, yet in the same attack at the same time they can go report to the judge? It gives away who the Jester was, yet he is in disguise so.. how would it not counter the others reporting him when the judge says they do not have a record of that person. Also I think that the leader of all Tribs should be able to banish any one who they wish weather they have broke the laws or not granted you have reliable rp to back it up. thoughts and Suggestions!

Go find some true sight or dispel their disguise.

You don't want to give me such toys and have 70% of the playerbase insta-banished from NW.

Deathmark was stupid enough, don't bring it back.

Then the gazzillion posts that get posted on these forums would be non-existent.

As for Adroan's idea, it sucks. That's the perk of being in the said cabal. Its not overpowered, since you have ways to stop them, via the kill command, dispel or true sight like Salak mentioned.

Banishment is too powerful for tribunals to bestow it on any passing person. Banishment can stop its subject from working within the country alone (depending on class and country, of course), and is a hassle even in a small group.

Banishment was made for the most serious offenders, those who commit multiple murders. I don't mind the extension to lesser crimes if it makes RP sense. But if a leader can't even find a crime that someone has committed - that's downright silly, if tribunals are supposed to be agents of law.

Besides, consider that all the tribunal has to do is attack the undesirable when the leader is around. The undesirable can't possibly win without commiting a crime. So whether he flees or fights back, he's out of your hair for a while.

As for Harlies - messing with tribunal guards is a specialty of theirs. It's a power they need if they're to perform their mission, as given in the help files. If you don't think the power is being used fairly, complain on a faction board. Details of cabal powers aren't discussed in Gameplay.

Or better yet, just deprive the Harlequins of their relic. Problem solved.
