Should some wands have a range so you can Zap east and such?

Prehaps put that in the Help file, because someone asked me oocly and I did not know and had no wands to test it out with.

Wands act just like casting the spell.

zap east monster => cast 'spellname' east monster.

However, if the spell doesn't have sufficient range, you're out of luck, and you just lost a charge. Wands take a little experimentation or guidance to use well.
