Assist <target player> Upon entering the command, the player will enter into melee combat with the target's current opponent. The player does not have to be a part of the other's group to perform this action. Example: Player A sees player B fighting a goblin and an orc. Player B is hitting the orc. Player A types 'assist playerb' and ends up in melee with the orc as if he had issued the kill orc command. The same goes with the player's group and any who auto assist in that group. The assist command won't work if you do not have a way of striking the opponent directly through melee. |

This already exists either through auto-assisting playerb, or through just flat out attacking whatever they're fighting. |

I'm not sure I completely understand it, but it sounds like the same thing I could do with bash, trip, kill, hit, rescue, dirt, aggresive spell, aggressive techniques, and anything else I forgot to mention. Oh yeah. Battle wands. |

This is a very useful command. You have auto-assist, why not assist? If you can't figure out why it'd be so great to use, shrug, your business. |

I'd rather see a command like "aid" in D&D, where you can give a partner a slight bonus to their AC and TOHIT by assisting them in combat - not attacking their foe directly. Edit: Found it! Quote: Aid Another (p 135)
Make attack against AC 10 = +2 circumstance bonus to ally’s attack or AC vs. an opponent Essentially an ability that would allow you, in SK's terms, increase the chance of your ally dodging/landing blows. |

The aid your talking about seems more like flanking but I know what you meant and I agree I hate to say this but Ganking someone should litterally mean just that you got your [REDACTED] wtfpwnt I don't care who you are how many kung fu movies you watch 3 on 1 the single guy is goin down unless your just alot weaker than 1 here goes, it hurts. When being attacked by 3 or more players whilest your alone your should have a chance to hit and ac reduction your getting gang banged and probably don't have a chance, there I said it. Wimp the solo-pker sorry guys. |
