The cloaks that are permanent. Will there be a way to re obtain them after we die? I only ask because well I have a tendency to die. A lot.

While it's a gift for attending the event (and because we want to make sure everyone has a place to put their unique gear), it's not going to be a permanent entitlement like the Helm of Gods' Blessings. You will get one handed to you for the event. If a player ganks you and takes it, that's the breaks.
