Even though I intimidate a NPC, if another one attacks me they are free to attack me as well. I can only assume that this extends to PCs as well, but I don't have the logs to prove it. Can this please be fixed? Quote: Obvious exits: n s

It always worked like that and I think that's how it's supposed to work anyway. Else imagine a hellion intimidating 3 people and then having all the time in the world to cleave one right after the other. |

Uh, you're intimidated by their unholy presence and you're scared shitless regardless of how many people there are fighting him, you just can't bring yourself to attack the guy. |

He's busy already fighting something else, so you think you can now take your chances. Perfectly reasonable to me. |

Nope. Learn the mechanics better. If the hellion's unholy presence is so omfg1337, then it should also work when he is sitting, resting or sleeping. But it doesn't. Also AoE attacks shouldn't initiate a hellion in battle without an intimidate check, I mean the unholy presence is so fuckin awesome according to you that if you are scared to strike him with a sword, you certainly are scared to brandish some staff or utter a HW. I just find it funny you want intimidate buffed up now that you play a hellion. But I guess that's just Cyra. Intimidate as it is now(and was as I've been playing SK), only had one nerf. It used to work on undead also, but not anymore. Even with that nerf though, it's one of the best skills of SK. There is no need to make it completely imbalanced. |

I don't play a hellion, I play a paladin. I just have a hellion alt. This wasn't first brought up by me either. Cannibal brought it up when he was playing Slayne. Let's read what happens when you get intimidated. Quote: The rogue boss cannot bear to attack your mighty presence! This means that it is just not within you to even do it. You just can't, the hellion is too scary and tough for you to attack them. When you try to attack them again after being intimidated: Quote: The rogue boss cowers away from your mighty presence! You can't break through their unholy presence, it's a supernatural affect, not just something that you can go, oh hey, another guy is pounding on him, so I can suddenly get the balls to attack him. Quote: The hellion's powerful unholy presence manifests itself as a supernatural
fear once this skill is learned. Anyone attempting to attack the hellion or his allies must overcome his fearsome presence or cower before him. The would be assailant will not be able to attempt another attack on the hellion or his allies until he has first regained his nerve. It looks more like a bug to me than anything else. You are compelled through a supernatural effect and until the effect wears off or the hellion releases you from it, you should not be able to attack him, period. I find it a totally bogus claim that you should be able to overcome this supernatural terror that grips you just because someone else is attacking the hellion. protip: For the record, just because someone plays a class does not make their arguments invalid, plz try again. |

The fact that Cannibal brought it up when he had Slayne and hasn't noticed how it worked during his last 2354242 hellions seems strange. Thing is intimidate was always like that and still is an overpowered skill. Buffing it will make it totally imba. |

How is this a buff? This is the only skill that succeeds and fails at the same time. |

Because the skill would be way more jacked if you permalocked people out of hitting the hellion until intimidate wears off. Doy? It's already damn good, do I even need to tell you what kind of stuff it can do already? You're better than that. |

intimidate wears off in about 2 ticks. Tell me what it does that is so fantastic, I can point out tons of flaws in it as well. |
