I mastered third attack. I then improved second attack twice. Second attack still isn't mastered. Shouldn't there be a point in the curve where third attack can't be better than second attack?

The idea does sort of make sense really, It works like that for E-parry and Parry. E-parry won't improve at all 'til parry is mastered. Any improve that you would get from E-parry goes to parry.
I mastered normal parrying blocking fists :o

Have third attack and fourth attack not improve until second is mastered, and same for fourth until third is mastered.
And have any improve made put into second.

Its alot of work, but it makes sense in my mind atleast

Edit:
That is my view on the matter anyway.
I'm fine with the way it is. :P

Just make it so that no skills can be improved - ever.
