Can summoning please be changed to have it's "targetting" work the same way as locate object?
Locate object allows you to specify more detailed parameters for what you want to locate.
For instance, I could locate shadows, and I would recieve back everything that had shadows as a keyword.
Say I'm looking for something with both shadows and flame as a keyword, locate allows you to specify that with ' marks.
IE: cast 'locate object' 'shadow flame'
I will only recieve hits for items that have both shadow and flame as a keyword.
Currently summon does not work that way. If I want to summon say a halfling child, I have to either summon halfling, or summon child, until I get it.
It would be so much better if summon allowed you to be more specific like locate.
IE: cast 'summon' 'halfling child'
That way the spell would only attempt to summon halfling children, instead of any halfling in the game, or any child.
This is purely an idea for conveniece, I'm not asking to have summon buffed in any way, and this certainly won't allow anything previously unsummonable to be summoned, it's simply so sorcs/priests/necros who want to summon a rather generic NPC don't have to do this....
c summon child
c summon 2.child
c summon 3.child
c summon 4.child
c summon 5.child
c summon 6.child
c summon 7.child
c summon 8.child
c summon 9.child
c summon 10.child
c summon 11.child
c summon 12.child
c summon 13.child
c summon 14.child
c summon 15.child
c summon 16.child
c summon 17.child
c summon 18.child
c summon 19.child
c summon 20.child
c summon 21.child
c summon 22.child
....
You get the picture, it's no fun at all. I'm sure every sorceror/priest/necro who plays the game would be -greatly- appreciative if this simple perk were added.
