Here's a situation.

In the room there is A, B, and me. I invite A, and A joins my group but remains in the group with B. I leave the room and A leaves my group, but B can see "A has left group"

Shouldn't this be considered OOC info and not a room echo to everyone who'd see who you were grouped with?

I'm not even sure if I am making sense here... anybody help me out?

Group and position messages sound vaguely out of character, but I read them as in character actions. Maybe the messages could be cooler, but its just talking about banal stuff.

I know I got caught once or twice leaving someone's enemy's group to join theirs. Luckily at the time the player was cool and treated it as OOC info. But, it definitely made the spy like RP a little shaky and a lot less fun since everyone in that room knew oocly what I was up to at that point.

This is exactly what I mean. I was in "enemy's" group earlier, left their group to join an "Ally's" group, and it killed my spy techniques on an alt of mine. Is there some way this could be fixed so that when people leave other people's groups, the only ones who can see that the member has left the group are the people currently in that group?

The tip here, is always leave any group before doing any spy related activity.
