Should the 1 or 2 ticks of experience that a Champion level gets for being enlightened be the same 1 or 2 ticks of exp that a novice gets, when enlightened?

It seems to me that, since grinding is easier for lowbies and midbies, they should get more level ticks per enlight than a champion or master. I'd hate to think that RP was only truly rewarded in PK-range classes.

Edit: It's just occured to me that someone is going to say this, so...
No, enlights are not a reason to RP. RP is a reason to RP. I <3 RP. But still.

Enlights are just fine. I think they don't need any tweaking.

Not to be argumentative, but.. that sounds contradicting to me.
Since lowbies can grind easier, they should get more exp from enlights?

I'd agree more with the opposite...

Honestly, the only thing I think is wrong with enlights is that there should be more!
More people should be encouraged to RP, instead of just grinding and PKing

PARs should not be chastised for giving the same character multiple enlights when deserved, either.

You can blame previous PARS for the IMMS watching over them and chastising people for enlightening the same person more than once. Cronyism(sp) is still very vibrant in SK.

I still think that someone can't be PAR if they have had a curse within the last RL year.

Nepotism.

That doesn't erase the fact that some people (I can name half a dozen offhand) should be enlightened more than they are, because the PARs are afraid of the IMMs shouting "ZOMG FAVORITISM!"

Close, but Nepotism deals with favoritism toward families.

I understand completely, I mark it up to the bad apples spoiling the whole batch saying (not that I am saying anyone in particular is a bad apple in this set of PARs).

The imms are not stupid. If a PAR wants to enlight more than once someone who rps well, then he should give the reward. This is different than rewarding month after month the same characters or worse the same players. In the end if someone rps well with a specific character, you don't have to reward him 4 times. You have shown you appreciate and encourage his rp. It's time for the rest of the PARs to do the same.

That's what the different size rewards are for.
