This am funneh. The delete command is not affected by pulse. I've deleted tons of newbies because I didn't feel like waiting the 2 minutes for my pulse to slow down. |

I am against it for the reason that there are people out there who will quit immediately on death, log on their alts and just "happen" to wander by the murder scene and take stuff. |
