Okay, now, admittedly I've been gone for a little while, so this change might have come in some time ago.

But when did skins and steaks of players stop bearing the character's name in its short description? The entire point of having them was as trophies you could get out of your sack and quickly put back in. Everyone goes "Wow, you killed Ishtara so many times you could have a suit made out of her!" - they don't say it because it's silly, but they know it.

At least skins. You should be able to tell whose skin belongs to who just by looking at it. Don't spoil my fun, let me collect trophies from my enemies :(

You'll see the name of the steak/skin/bodypart if the char has yours greeted.

Locate will give you a name as well.

So if you want to taunt them, it can be done now also.

When I was ganked by Navelic he knew who I was without me greeting him because of a severed leg. Which was totally [REDACTED].

But that brings up is identifying a corpse to see level and name good rp?

How is identifying a corpse bad RP?

When using the identifying spell, it only makes sense that you CAN know the name of the corpse. Magic lets you do so.

Magic isn't realistic, it just doesn't make sense. Why should I get to know someones name just because of magic?

I'm not being serious, just mocking everyone who tries to base arguments on how things are in reality.

Speaking of magic, I could go for some chocolate milk.
