That it would, i would of rather had them then minotaurs. Goblins arent an uber race, they arent that big so small would be fine, though they are fast and strong and durable but not the smartest things and definetly not very charismatic. Cant see in the dark either, so I dont see to much of a problem with making them balanced.

I feel like gnomes are little too similar to goblins. I'd rather see an orc over a minotaur or a goblin.

If there were a goblin player race, it should be limited to 40 levels. Goblins should never be able to attain grand master, and to be honest that would be a [REDACTED] awesome racial weakness.
