Just an example that happened today. GM sorceror with max art. It averaged at around 10 tries to get a dispel.

Perhaps something needs to be done with this ?

Not 100% sure on this, but I believe the willpower of the original caster is the save for this dispel....so if the caster had a ridiculous amount of willpower, that would explain this
.

I have never been able to dispel a certain cabals spell similar to this one.

Necros have been watered down in the last few years so much their armies have just turned into a large group. (see help file) Just getting on the bandwagon - if you can't beat them, join them. :P

It's your saves vs their saves. I generally dispel the best in 1-2 tries.
