Shattered Kingdoms

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I think implementing armor for mounts would be very very cool.
Think about it, during medieval times we had steed armor and now we have tanks.

Debbie downer stopping in early to say "what about when everyone whines that your armored steed is tougher than a normal pet?"

More seriously, I don't think it's worth the trouble. There are a few fairly epic looking mounts already in game (moreso for darkies, but the atyrros is epic winning). If you're playing light aura and have a char who really wants a cool mount, what about RPing setting up a stables and sending in a few descs? I bet you could talk some friendly KD into updating a shop or a couple pets sold at a shop with a little work.
