Two Requests:

1. Lower concentration required to cast it.
2. Swap it with an apprentice level spell so water elementals are actually used for something for at least a little while.

Thats all.

Both are unreasonable requests that have no justification. Conjure elemental is fine.

How are they unreasonable?

Justification to lowering the concentration is simply put by saying Giants. Justification for swaping conjure elemental I already said why. When have you ever seen someone use a water elemental? It's not OP, especially when I can go buy a veteran level xandu from the store.

Water Elementals have their uses. I used them several times. They are too weak for their use I think but.. their use is there.

Water elementals are fing ownage for anyone in a tribunal. It's a shame I'm not a math tutor, because if you can't add that up, you fail.

You shouldn't have to be in a tribunal to get use out of them.

I don't believe that 'conjure elemental' should be trainable by PCs.

You can learn it from 1 away to mastered, why not?:/
