Please, Dulrik and Immortal Staff!

I will not attempt to rationalize why on earth this should happen, because there could be potentially many, many more counter arguments why it should not. It is probably all arbitrary.

However, I will say that from the depth of my heart, this change would enable much interest from at least one long-time (10+ years) player and potentially others to have a serious go at this game again.

you only need to be seconded, after that, the next makes the notion passed!

Actually... after a second comes a call to question, barring discussion or a motion to amend.

I hate to rock the boat, but halflings don't seem Shamanic to me, not at all. If you watch lord of the rings or read the books or read the hobbit, you will see that these people fond of the comforts of home, they tend to grow fat, they are community minded and civil to each other. Their communties are not barbarous or uncivilized or savage.

In my opinion Halflings shouldn't ever be barbarians or shaman. Even SK halflings which ofcourse not Tolkeins halfings.

I could entertain the idea of a halfling shaman. I'd like to hear a strong argument against it though (strength measured on relevance to sk).
