if two kingdoms are allied, can kingdom A bring a tribunal guard to kingdom B at the moment, if not, why not?

if two kingdoms A and B are technically allied, when kingdom C attacks kingdom A, kingdom B declares war onto kingdom A so they are able to bring tribunal guards over to help out, is this considered legitimate tactic?

I'm fairly sure I've not been able to do that. I'll give it another try and let you know if I was mistaken.

What I want is for tribunal guards to go to every kingdom or cabal HQ except one they're at truce with. This includes places with no kingdom and Uxmal. I think it only works with warring nations right now.

Uxmal is anything goes.

Cry more, anarchists. Bathe me in the sweet waters of your regret as Laze comes for you.

Law NPCs being commanded by their leader to go to uxmal seems perfectly appropriate - how the hell else are you going to wage war on that city of filth and chaos?!

I could recommend an appropriate cost for this. Say every law NPC that respawns costs gold. If your guard dies in Uxmal it costs you gold when it respawns. If your guard is killed at all, the respawn costs gold. This would make waging war on a tribunal very costly for them, but would also make them quite a bit more powerful. I have a solution that might work, but it would be up to Dulrik.
