Now that some sneaky, mischievous imm has stripped away the ability of tribunals to lock their doors, I propose that tribunals all get a tribunal cipher in the same way that cabals all have a cabal cipher, to restore some level of confidentiality to tribunal notes. Thoughts? Edit: Or, we could just let someone do 'Note to Talons' the same way someone can do 'Note to All' |
