Has anyone else been really confused by the names going around SK? I keep thinking all these people are female characters when they are actually male characters. I won't point out specific names, just wondered if I was the only one that doesn't glance all the time to know who is what...

That was one thing I was amazed about when I started, was how many chicks actually were also purportedly chicks outside the fourth wall.

Names that end in in the letter "a" should be for women. Names that end in the letter "o" should be for men. That is all.

This game spans many cultures. Gender applicability is not limited to the rules of languages of European descent.

Suppose someone played a black human and chose a traditional east-African name; do the rules of -o and -a still apply to their gender identity? Nevermind all the weird delf-names. In some ways, it almost makes sense for delf-chicks to have masculine or androgynous names. You know, delf-culture and all.
