Tlaxcala is a great area for levelling at higher levels. There is zero risk involved in actually getting there so there needs to be a risk involved while training there. There are plenty of solutions to avoid getting owned by their spellset.

I liked it when all the mages were in groups of 3-4 sometimes.. That made it fun.
