Does the (Glowing) tag on a glowing object really have to be bright Magenta, $5$I? The color is just horribly offensive to me. I'm sorry if this seems petty, and perhaps it is, but it has always bothered me. Why can't it just be white, $7$I? |

... How is it offensive? And why do you care so much about about what color it is? Also, you can change what color it is from your client if it bothers you that much. :/ |

The continual light spell could determine the color of the light. The magenta colored light has always been bugging me. |

If color offends you, gag or replace it using your client of choice. |

It wouldn't be that difficult, and it would make the game a lot less ugly. Continual light without an argument could just give $7$I (white), and you could use continual light with an argument, for example, c 'continual light' bracelet blue c 'continual light' bracelet 'bright blue' c 'continual light' bracelet Glowing from enchanting could be white, or random, or it could be based on what rune the weapon took when it was enchanted. As an unrelated anecdote, enchanting could be made easier and less timesinky if an item glowed a different color for each different rune it could take, making it unnecessary to spam identify. |

That would also make enchanting straight-up easier all around, because if an item has two moderate enchantments and takes one... what happened? |

Oh! Oh! Or the glowing word could have each LETTER colored differently based on rune! That way, you get to see marfikians running around with a drekload of colorful random stuff! Okay, on a serious note though, like people already said, the annoyance factor can be muted out with client code. As for the suggestions of coding, if it's visible just by looking, then there's going to be two possible outcomes: One - all the people will have the same color anyway (spam-enchant of the same type, anyone?) Two - People will switch weapons and attacks depending on what the "look" command shows. Not saying either is bad, but... in my opinion, too much coding for too little benefit. |

Quote: I'm sorry but I have to say this: you white people are funny as hell when it comes to how serious you get Complaining too much about the dumbest of things. It's a freaking color for crying out loud, theres so many other things that could use a change that cant be done personally like this can. |
