So, why can't we set our wimpy while we are dead? I realize that nothing is going to kill you in the afterlife, so it doesn't seem like a problem, but considering people are able to petrify you, then depetrify you, being able to set your wimpy to 100% when you're about to be depetrified seems like something you should be able to do.
Considering wimpy is basically a mind-set, it seems logical that you should be able to change it at any point. Thoughts?

Setting a wimpy while dead won't save you from being instantly bashed.

I don't follow. It makes perfect sense to me, if somebody has a mindset to flee as soon as they are free too it should happen immediately like a prepared action. Plenty of people will still be too confused or stubborn or unaware for mages to do their dirty work. The quick, witty, and survival oriented should have their tricks.

As an FYI, if you're petrified just either spam quaff recall or a direction. You'll almost always get away unless you end up wielding a weapon .

I think the change should go through.

I mean, it's usually when I am freaking dead when I think:

"Man, I should have set my wimpy higher."
