There are many potion dealers with the exception of a few that arent that descriptive on what the potions they are selling actually do. I think that it would be helpful to new players especially since they most likely to play fighter classes(and therefore cannot Identify) to be able to list the items and see A xxxx flask 5 platinum. Protection. And maybe raising the cost but also increasing the duration the potions last before they disappear from misuse. Just a thought. What do you think? |

I think there's something to be said for "Buyer Beware". Exploring and finding out what things do (sometimes the hard way) is part of the fun. |

I think that would defeat the purpose of the identify spell. Given that 6/13 classes get the identify spell, I do not think that it would be too hard for you to find someone that can tell you what something does. With a little help, that number even goes up to 9/13. |

I've always found it odd that vendors can get away with selling things without giving some sort of explanation of what they do. I've always appreciated shops that have some way of telling you what the item does before you buy it, like the jewelry stores in Menegroth and Krychire. |

Seriously. When vials/scrolls are costing up to a black in some areas, there is no need to buy something you have no use or want of. I don't think this would hurt the game -that- much. |

The price of everything in the game is ridiculous. A suit of tanso costs you like 4 obsidian now. And when you go to sell stuff you get like 4 gold a piece. |
