| Post subject: | Intelligence and skill rate increases |
Have any changes been made recently that slow that rate of the random skill increases. I have max int with mods 20 but things seem a bit slower. At least slower than they used to be. Is it just me, or has anyone else experienced this. |

Every skill has its own improvement rate. Some are insanely fast, some take forever. Shield block vs. dodge, for example. It's also worthy of noting that "learning from your mistakes" improves your knowledge of a skill much more than just "you have become better at" something. |
