Why are we able to get things from containers in combat but not pick stuff off the ground? I see it harder to reach into a backpack and fish something out than to grab something off the ground real quick. Should at least be losing attacks while pulling stuff out, especially when you whip out 40 heal vials. |

Now this is going to get changed, and it will be on par with the "Can't sleep while your pulse is racing" and "recalling costs exp" changes. I hate your face for this. |

You hated my face anyhow. There should be some balance as to how many items you can pull in a round of combat. |

That number should be set up to at least 300, by the precedent set by the movie 300. This thread is dumb. |

I misunderstood the original post at first. This isn't a bug. You are allowed to make use of any item your are carrying. Even if it made sense to disallow getting from containers during a fight (and I don't think it does), then that means you wouldn't be able to draw arrows from a quiver. |

Oh whew. I thought you were changing it so you couldn't get from your own containers during combat. I was winding up my whine. |

I'm so very glad you saw the insane nature of this idea. |

Code could be written around arrows, still makes sense to limit drawing items from containers during combat, seeing someone spam 20+ heal vials in one round and start quaffing seems a bit out there. |

Good thing it's a game based entirely on fiction which most people use to escape their rather mundane RL lives. Don't QQ about others being prepared for PK if you aren't going to bother. Considering how many ways there are to cause a character to go prone, that person quaffing to victory just shows that you're not using the resources readily available and want to score some easy ganks with no work. |

Preparation should be a factor, yes. But it also shouldn't be "the character with the most heal potions wins". |
