Just curious, but why is a failed bash not considered aggressive? |

Because it's funny. The person who missed the bash is, of course, floundering around on their face trying to get up again, and the person who dodged the bash can just walk away if they want (Or counter with an attack of their own of course). You can, of course, report someone who tries to bash or trip you but fails horribly. |

Good point, I just mean it from a NPC point of view. Guess I should have been clear on that. Maybe some percent chance they would be pissed off and retaliate instantly? |

Varying percentages, based on class of target and spells on the target. (For instance, a naturally sanctuaried target would not break sanc, and a sorc would not try to melee a basher.) And varying percentages of the target leaving the room from a failed bash (also tied to the reason that NPC is in the room in the first place). |
