It isn't rare that on the creation of any new character in peak hours, a ridiculous ammount of mentors are trying to help you out. While this is good, it might be confusing for the newbies. So a ticket system migtht be a good idea to get implemented. The first one who will respond to the ticket, will be allowed to help the new player. And this can happen only once a day or a week, so other mentors can take turns and it doesn't gets to be a trigger festival isntead. Ofcourse the above sounds a bit silly, but I am quite sure, someone else might come up with a better idea. |

The main problem I see with this is that some would-be mentors will just -not- be a good fit. Say an elf grows up in the land of Zhenshi, and the ticket she responds to is from a deep-elf, unknowingly. She'd be met with disgust and villainy if RP'd correctly. Not exactly mentorship material. Well, the obvious choice is to try again, but if it's only once per day, then it gets lame quickly. This isn't even covering how easily some mentors just don't have what you need. |

I don't see any wrong with mentors competing with each other. I don't see any need for a ticket system. |

You say that now, but imagine when the playerbase will get up to 80-90 people at peak hours, or even more, and someone has the option of 20 mentors, trying to contact him all at once. Maybe I haven't given it enough thought, indeed. Well I guess when it starts being a problem, it will be dealt with in the future. |
