Okay, I decided to roll an alt, a griffon scout. I remembered that Nerina used to sell talon-gripped bows and xbows. Now guess what? Nope, they don't have any. So, I said to myself, "Okay, I will just head to taslamar, they have a couple of griffon shops" Nope, none, nada, zilch. Why even offer the class of scout to the griffon if they can't even get a bow?

I would be careful, that is almost a bit too much ic info Adroan. A better response would be there are other areas for griffon bows in the game.

The fact that none of the starting areas for griffons don't have griffon equipment just helps reinforce the idea that they shouldn't be played.

OA, i am not saying that you are incorrect but does it mean that this helpfile is out of date?

Syntax: shoot <victim>
Syntax: shoot <direction> <victim>

Shoot allows you to use a bow or crossbow, assuming you have the
proper skill trained.  Just as some spells allow damage to be done from a
distance, some types of weapons do not require you to be in the same room as
your victim in order to shoot them.  Damage from shooting depends on the
quality of your ammunition as well as enchantments that might exist on your
weapon.  [b]Enchantments can also be placed on ammo to increase its power.[/b]

GRIFFONS THROW ARROWS BECAUSE THEY ARE OPED AND CAN DISARM YOU WITH BARE CLAWS.

(covering Ardith's disarm complains, DA's griffon complains, and YER MOM in the same sentence...Because f u)
