The last hellion I played was a deep-elf. I <3 deep-elves, but this spell has a huge problem. I could only dominate one npc at a time. I only assume I am prevented by doing this by the code, because I had enough concentration to cast the spell again, but I could not actually dominate another npc. Deep-elves should be able to dominate two npcs! |

Hellions are better than scouts currently, I think we can agree on that and since you said that scouts don't even need crossbows or any enhancements because they are just fine the way that they are, then hellions are just fine the way they are. [edit] And I know we both agree that Hellions are better than scouts since you put Hellions closer to the top of the list of best classes and scouts near the bottom. |

ninja_ardith wrote: Scouts are fine without crossbows. It should just be removed from their skillset. And like I added to my post, you already stated that hellions are better than scouts by your ranking. Doesn't take a neurosurgeon to figure that out. |

Also, while I support any good idea that would advance the hellion, or any other class in the eternal pursuit of balance of Shattered Kingdoms, I would not want a change that would steer us towards, and not away from the termed "NPC wars" mentality. Edit: Edited for Tarzan speak. |

Okay take two things I posted in two different threads, take them out of context, and make a winning formula. You two have also obviously not played the hellion class recently, so I have to boggle at the idea that this would invoke "NPC wars." There's no NPC that a hellion can dominate that remotely approaches the lethalness of a sorcerer or necromancer charm/control. |
