Just wondering, from a design and RP standpoint, why doesn't ambush work with crossbows? And on a lesser albeit COMPLETELY AWESOME MENTAL IMAGE note, why won't it work with a giant scout flinging a boulder ambush |

I don't know why ambush doesn't just work with all ranged weapons. i would love to have a giant chuck a boulder from ambush though, that would be epic |

In terms of caring for crossbows though, I think it would be nice since crossbows and siege crossbows are higher damage than regular bows, opening the option for the people that want to go for bigger damage opening attacks. Also seems kind of cruel to give scouts crossbows but don't let them use it with their camo/skirmish opener |

Scouts are fine without crossbows. It should just be removed from their skillset. |

I can't help but wonder if fully beefed and buffed up siege xbow ambushes would one-shot squishy casters. |

Lol, so can cleave one-shot squishy casters! That's totally justification for allowing crossbow ambush. |
