does anyone know why sometimes human get 3 out of creation

I remember a time, or might still be going on, if you go beyond your char's max in a stat during creation it would just give you extra trains. Is that still going on?

It's not just humans. I once had a giant with extra stats and I could swear he had a whole 5 to use, not just 4.

If you max one of the stats naturally, then go beyond it with the questions, you get extra points to compensate. That's what I've noticed, at least.
