I'd just like some clarification on what exactly it affects when your tribunal coffers are empty vs. full. Maybe the question should be worded differently for cabals, as well? |

The amount of money in your coffers has no impact on the economy, but you can spend your coffers to pull your economy out of recession. Of course, if your coffers are empty, you cannot pay to spawn law NPCs or maintain alliances and wars. |

Cabal coffers make it so you can spawn guards, lets your inner guardian gas blast. If your cabal has no money, you will not spawn guards, your guardian will not gas blast, you will not have a door, and you will not have an outer guardian. I think the inner guardian might disappear too, but I'm not sure. |
