Would it be possible for anyone at anytime donate to a tribunal coffer? Not just to a trib member who might not be present at the time. |

I like the idea of non-tribunal members buying themselves a little bit of bounty NPC protection. Until bounty NPCs get removed, anyway. |

Yeah, they're not going to be removed, and non-tribs should not be able to deposit. |

I honestly like the idea of a donate command, to go toward only the home tribunal of any given citizen. Imperials can only donate in and for the Empire, Taslamarans can only donate in and for Taslamar, that kind of thing. I'm not sure if or how that would upset the balance of the game, though. |

There's already taxes, and you can donate to a tribunal member. |
