I disagree with it. Put a one round tick that gives you a concussed effect, making it all but impossible to cast spells, with it costing double the mana to attempt.

Sadly, I'll be agreeing with WW in this regard. Melee's are now heavily dependent on PE which is completely lost when stunned, (which I found out the hard way). So I think Casters should feel the same sting we do :P

Melee classes get endurance and regen PE much faster than casters. The sting of low PE is actually felt by both.

It's not like either are going to rejoin a battle with 0 HP and 0 PE.

I prefer the thought of someone narrowly escaping certain death or looting by teleporting home without having to have a nephrite on hand.

I'm thinking that if anyone but Syn posts this, it gets mostly agreed with as a good idea. I don't think someone who's just recovered from being beaten into a coma wakes up with their mind crackling, ready to focus on escaping with their loot.
