At first I was like, whoa. No thank you.

Then I was like, mastered in shield block, parry, and disarm.

Thank you so so much. <3

Try playing a character that doesn't get shield block or parry. Casters almost can't level there anymore. Pets get eaten alive by the assists and trying to finish them off before they kill you? Nuh uh. Not happenin. I learned the hard way with Mephistir. On warlocks its not as dangerous since elementals are beefy but holy cow, any other class I feel sorry for.

Imagine if they were iron daggers instead of steel.

This change definitely is a huge boon to people looking to take the normal xp track and train up skills on the way. Parry's one of the hardest skills to train if you aren't a merc and it's nice to see skill ups as you go. Chibunei is a town so it makes sense that they'd be a bit better equipped than your average germish'din.

This wasn't a buff to Chibunei NPCs. It was a buff to all NPC rogues, which was pointed out earlier by Dulrik.

Is there a more densely populated training ground with rogue NPCs? Because I think this change is most noticeable in Chibunei.
